APHC 2023

As the conference is around the corner, we would like to, once again, express our appreciation for your contributions to APHC 2023. Regarding your presentation, please kindly find the presentation instruction and other detailed information.

Presentation Method and Time
- APHC 2023 would kindly inform all oral presenters to deliver their presentations at the site in person.
- Oral Presentation: 7 minute presentation + 3 minute Q&A
- Length of the presentation should be in accordance with your time assigned.
Presentation Materials
- A computer for presentation will be prepared and authors are encouraged to use the conference computer for presentation, to avoid wasting time switching between personal laptops. It is not recommended to switch to your own laptop computer (especially MacBook) unless your presentation requires any special software and/or hardware.
- The presenters are required to submit their presentation materials (Power Point Slides(.pptx) or PDF) written in English in advance via Google Form.
- The Google form URL where you can update the presentation materials will be included on the final notice.
- If you want to present as a modified file, be sure to put it on a USB flash drives and deliver it to the staff before the session starts.
Speakers should arrive in the session room 10 minutes BEFORE the start of their sessions to report to the session chair.

	Poster Size	0.9m(width) * 1.5(height)
	General Instructions	All presenters are required to preside over the poster panel during the presentation time allocated for discussion with participants. Each poster should indicate the paper title, authors, affiliation, and poster code and must fit within a 0.9m x 1.5m space. The poster board is self-standing. Each paper’s code will be shown on the board. Please find your code and attach the poster to match. Scotch tape and scissors will be provided for your use. Use of double-sided tape is prohibited. Poster authors are responsible for creating, preparing, and transporting posters to the conference. Please remove your poster according to the take-down time. All remaining posters will be discarded without permission.
